Someone has listed this number as an emergency contact on RelayVault, a personal check-in service operated by Hallows Group LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #31966, Austin, TX 78731, United States. If they stop checking in and do not answer us, RelayVault contacts you so somebody can go and check on them.
Nothing has been sent to your phone yet, and nothing will be until you choose it here. Tick whichever of the two boxes you want, or neither. A number that is never confirmed is never contacted.
This is entirely optional. Text messages and phone calls are optional and are never required. RelayVault runs on email: you can decline them, or stop them later, and still create an account, use every feature, and be listed as an emergency contact. If you want neither, use Do not contact this number below — that is a real choice and we record it.

You do not have to do anything at all — an unconfirmed number is never texted or called. If you would rather say so on the record, press Do not contact this number above: that stops this number being used even if somebody lists it again. If you would rather tell us directly, email support@relayvault.app.
